Marsh earned his MBA and JD degrees from Arizona State University and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, with minors in Mathematics and Philosophy, from Pacific Lutheran University. A proud Washingtonian, Marsh is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
